Today, only 5–7% of commercial pilots in India are women.

The Rian Air Women Empowerment Program 2025 provides 100% free DGCA Ground Training to aspiring female pilots across India.
This includes all theoretical subjects, study materials, mentorship, and simulator sessions.

👩🎓 Who Can Apply
To qualify for this program, candidates must:
✔ Be female and Indian citizen or Overseas Citizen of India
✔ Be 18 years or older (or turn 18 during CPL course)
✔ Have completed 10+2 with Physics & Math (NIOS acceptable)
✔ Hold valid DGCA Class 2 / Class 1 medicals
✔ Hold a valid Indian passport (minimum 2 years validity)
📍 Only the most motivated and disciplined students will be selected.
💰 Refundable Security Deposit — ₹80,000
We receive hundreds of applications every month, but seats are extremely limited.
To ensure that only genuinely committed women pilots secure a seat, each applicant deposits INR 80,000 (fully refundable*).
This deposit is refunded after one year or upon commencement of flight training, as per the program terms.
It’s a commitment, not a fee — proof of how determined you are to fly.
