- 1. Rian Air® with consent of each users collects the documents of those applicants for the scholarship, these documents shall be used for verificaƟon and approval of scholarship, such documents shall include:
- Personal IdenƟficaƟon Documents: These documents are collected to verify the person with that of the informaƟon the users have provided. Adhar Card, Passport, Pan Card, Diving License or any other Indian Government authorised IdenƟficaƟon cards, which shall be such personal idenƟfiable documents.
 - EducaƟonal Documents: At the Ɵme of applicaƟon of the scholarship Rian Air® collects documents of educaƟonal background, to analyse the educaƟonal qualificaƟon of the applicant for the purpose of providing the scholarship on merit basis. Rian Air® provides scholarship to the much appropriate and deserving candidate.
 - Bank details: The candidates who are selected and categorised for the purpose of scholarship, such students bank details shall be collected.
 - Other Documents: any other applicable documents for the purpose of scholarship shall be collected by Rian Air® for the purpose of appropriate informaƟon collecƟon.
 
 - 2. The above-menƟoned collecƟon of informaƟon and documents are strictly non – biased and truly for the purpose of scholarship merit. These documents shall not be transferred or shared by the team unless the purpose shall be legal and for purpose of scholarship.

This Privacy NoƟce applies to all those who apply for a scholarship through the scholarship portal within the RIAN AIR® website, including candidates who apply directly through our website, aƩend our assessment test.
